На этот раз внимание проекта фокусируется на Марсе - боге смерти, войны и разрушения, поэтому альбом вобрал в себя наиболее мрачные и тревожные композиции, дабы отобразить самые темные аспекты бытия. Название релиза вдохновлено одноименной фантастической повестью Станислава Лема, а в качестве обложки был выбран наиболее интересный рисунок марсианских каналов начала прошлого века астронома Антониади.

Дата выхода в свет альбома совпадает с двумя масштабными астрономическими событиями - великим противостоянием Марса и самым продолжительными лунным затмением 21 века. "В мире нет случайности, есть только вечное ананке — программа, которая задаёт ход космических событий, движение каждого атома."

“Ananke” is the next episode in Wave Resistance’s astronomical release series.This time he focuses on Mars, the god of death, war and destruction. The album has absorbed the most gloomy and disturbing compositions and reflects the darkest aspects of being. The title is inspired by Stanisław Lem’s novel, and a drawing of the Martian channels by the astronomer Antnoiadi was chosen for the cover art.

The date of publication of the album coincides with two large-scale astronomical events - the great confrontation of Mars and the longest lunar eclipse of the 21st century. "There is no randomness in the world, there is only eternal ananke — program that sets the course of cosmic events, the motion of each atom."
